We are proud of our long-serving staff.  It is to their credit that Culloden House is such a relaxing and welcoming place.

In 2011, 8 million votes were cast by readers in the Conde Nast Traveler Readers Choice awards for their favorite hotels, airlines, islands, cities and cruise ships.  Helped by high ratings given for service, Culloden House was awarded the title of:

Favorite Hotel in the British Isles
Favorite Hotel in Europe
No. 11 of the Top 100 Hotels in the World.

In 2011 Conde Nast's Gold List named our staff #1 in Scotland for service.

In 2010, they were awarded a Hospitalilty Gold Medal at the Scottish Hotel Awards. In addition, Pat Davies received a Dame of Hospitality Award - awarded over the years to only a handful of women.

In 2009, they were acknowledged by their peers at the Scottish Hotel Awards for "Outstanding Customer Care",  an award given to only one hotel.
