the 16th April 1746, Bonnie Prince Charlie ran from Culloden
House buckling on his sword to fight the last battle to be fought
on British soil - The Battle of Culloden
The aftermath of the battle in which the English defeated the
Jacobite Scottish clans was to change the way of life for Scots
forever.
This three night package commemorates the famous battle and
includes a tour of the battlefield, a visit to Fort George where
the English army set up camp after the battle to control the
Highlands of Scotland and the tale of events of the 1745/46
rebellion from our own Jacobite ghost, a soldier who fought
and died for the Bonnie Prince.
Price includes accommodation, full Scottish breakfast, dinner,
entertainment, entry to the Battlefield and Fort George.
