Culloden House is a Grade A listed building and has no accessibility due to restrictions.
Drop off area right outside the front door – handrails on stairs up to the main entrance. Lights to
assist visually impaired.
Culloden House does not have an elevator
With the layout of the hotel in each direction there are stairs, so unfortunately accessible
restrooms are not provided but all public areas are on one floor.
Lightning is on dimmable lights; there are emergency lighting in place throughout the building.
Flood lights outside with the main staircase lit up and car parks have motion censored lighting.
Bedrooms have LED lighting with bed side lights. Bathrooms have LED mirrors.
Guests are shown to their room by porters on shift and staff are on hand to direct and assist
guests
All showers are walk in showers with simple controls
We have 3 ground floor bedrooms in the main hotel. In the Garden Mansion House we have 2
ground floor rooms which have handrails in the bathrooms
During any reservations, guests are asked for any allergies or dietary requirements. The kitchen
gets at least 24 hours notice of dietaries.
Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian and Vegan options are available. Menus can also be printed
in larger font size if requested.
The hotel accepts service animals
Guests are asked at check out for their feedback and are encouraged to complete either a dish
cult review or TripAdvisor review.
Culloden House aims to treat each individual guest/booking as bespoke so their stay is tailored
to their needs. Staff are trained to be able to assist guests with disabilities whether visible or not
by daily guest information during handover of shifts.
